Have a shop full of makers, and want to be one of them?

Apply for shelf space

We're a family-run gift shop in Annfield Plain, home to a growing collective of local artists, makers & crafters. If you'd like a shelf or display space of your own, have a read of the agreement below and fill in the form — it's the quickest way to tell us about what you make, so we're not doing the whole thing back and forth over messages.

Filling this in doesn't automatically mean you've got a space. We read every application and get back to everyone — we just want to make sure it's the right fit for the shop and for you.
Space Rental Agreement

This is the agreement every seller in the shop signs before their stock goes on display, between Pretty Little Pieces & More and the seller.

Rental terms

Rent: £30 per month, due on or before the 1st of each month.

Rent includes: agreed shelf/display space (size and amount of items agreed at an initial meeting), card fees, and social media coverage.

Sales, reports & payments

  • You can request a monthly sales report between the 25th and end of each month; reports go out before the 5th of the following month, and a request made after the 25th–end window rolls into the next month.
  • Payments for items sold are paid monthly, upon request — you'll need to tell us your correct payment details and how you'd like to receive funds.
  • If no payment is requested, funds are held as "kitty" until you do.

Stock & seller responsibilities

You're responsible for managing, pricing and replenishing your own stock; making sure everything is clearly priced before it goes in store; and making sure your products meet UK safety regulations and legal requirements — you're liable for any claims relating to your own products.

What we ask of sellers

  • Visit the shop at least monthly to check stock levels and displays.
  • Keep your space stocked and presentable.
  • Maintain regular communication, and respond to messages within 48 hours.
  • Let us know about any product or pricing changes.

What we do

Keep shelves clean and tidy, and present & promote your stock in a professional and organised way.

Reviews & expectations

A quarterly review may take place to check stock is being maintained, displays meet shop standards, and that things remain a good fit within the shop.

Termination

Either party can end the agreement with one month's notice. We reserve the right to end it if stock isn't maintained, communication is poor, or agreed expectations aren't met — and, at any reasonable time, at our discretion. Stock must be collected within 30 days of termination, or it will be disposed of.

Unpaid rent

If rent isn't paid for two consecutive months, we reserve the right to remove stock from display and store it until payment is made, or use the stock to recover the rent owed.

Liability

Sellers must have their own Public Liability Insurance. Pretty Little Pieces & More is not liable for any loss, theft or damage to seller stock while on the premises.

Refunds & returns

The shop operates a consistent refund policy for customer purchases. Sellers are responsible for resolving any product-related issues where applicable.

This is a plain-English summary of the written agreement. If your application goes ahead, you'll sign a copy of the full agreement with us in person before your stock goes on the shelf.

How to apply

Send us a message on Facebook and we'll take it from there. It comes straight to Vickie's phone, so it's the quickest way to reach us.

Please include

  • Your name and your business or maker name
  • What you make — and a few photos if you have them
  • Your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, if you're on there
  • Roughly how much space you're after — a shelf, a unit, a small corner
  • A phone number so we can ring you back

Have a read of the Space Rental Agreement above before you message — it covers the £30 a month, what's included and what we ask of sellers. We'll go through it properly with you before anything goes on a shelf.

Messaging us doesn't mean you've got a space — we only have so many shelves, and we read every message that comes in. We'll always let you know either way.
